“Stress & Relaxation Explained” DVD wins national Telly Award
for Health & Wellness Programming Excellence

Reno, NV  May 9, 2007 / -- iMed Design, Inc. of Reno, Nevada, announced today that Stress and Relaxation Explained: An Introduction to Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques is the Winner of a Telly Award for Health and Wellness programming excellence. The DVD is published under the Healthvues® brand of interactive educational titles, an iMed Design, Inc. subsidiary.

Stress and Relaxation Explained is hosted by Alice D. Domar, PhD., a pioneer in the field of Mind|Body medicine and relaxation techniques. She is the author of numerous books, a columnist for Health Magazine, on the advisory board for Parents Magazine and on the Board of Experts of LLuminari. She is also the series editor for the new series of mind/body books by Harvard Medical Publications/Simon and Schuster.
